PURPOSE: To absorb the difference of functions by discriminating the function having a user attribute from the function having a system attribute. ;CONSTITUTION: In a server-client system where the due processing is carried out with communication performed between a server device 2 and a client device 1, an error ends if a 1st version-up function that is newly set is instructed for the sake of the device 1.
