PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tenant mediation system of individual housing capable of conducting a rational reform construction and loan contract by solving any cost risk to be generated due to reform of a landlord, and performing reform on which the desire of the landlord is reflected.;SOLUTION: In this tenant mediation system of individual housing, a recruit information carrying part 8 capable of carrying the recruit information of the location and reform configuration of individual housing 1 at a landlord side or a desired information carrying part 9 capable of carrying the desired information of the desired location and reform configuration of a renter side is arranged in an information site 7 of an Internet 2 which can be read by the landlord or the renter. It is necessary for the landlord side to start the reform construction only after the renter and the reform configuration are decided.
