PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely manage a device such as a personal computer and information regarding a product constituting the device and to further mediate more efficient disposal of the device and the product constituting the device.;SOLUTION: A mediation server automatically collects product information stored in a user terminal from the user terminal and allows the user terminal to display new product information in relation to the product information being collected as advertisement information. The mediation server allows the user terminal to display the collected product information based on an instruction from the user terminal.
