PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system capable of efficiently detecting dangerous action of a vehicle, and analyzing operation tendency of each driver. SOLUTION: An operation control system 1 is composed to be provided with a sensor part 11 to time-serially detect action of a vehicle, a recorder part 13 to record action detected by the sensor part 11 in a memory card 20, and an action analysis device 30 to set a condition pattern for determining vehicle action as a dangerous action. The recorder part 13 compares the condition pattern to recognize vehicle action as a dangerous action with the action actually detected by the sensor part 11, and records only information related to the action matching the condition pattern for each dangerous action in the memory card 20, so this is statistically analyzed by the action analysis device 30.
