PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a round producing method and a device in a cutting plotter capable of accurately producing bored round/reversely peeled round prior to outline cutting, and a cutting plotter having this device.;SOLUTION: This round producing method comprises an image data storing process of storing image data of a character, a reversely peeled round storing process of storing the reversely peeled round, a bored round extracting process of extracting the bored round based on the stored image data, and a round producing process of producing a round based on the reversely peeled round stored in the reversely peeled round storing process and the bored round extracted in the bored round extracting process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
