PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an ordering timing.;SOLUTION: In the production process of tires, when an order for tires is received from a customer, it is ordered to a vulcanization process (1). Green tires necessary for producing the ordered tires are ordered from the vulcanization process to a molding process (2), and members necessary for producing the green tires are ordered to each member working process (3). The members produced in each member working process are delivered to the molding process (4), and the green tires produced in the molding process are delivered to the vulcanization process (5). In this case, an ordering timing is preliminarily set in each member working process, and when the ordering timing comes, an order is issued from the molding process to the corresponding member working process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
