PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for gathering dispatching articles for sending a plurality of cards to remarkably reduce a load of a checking step without mistaking dispatching when the plurality of cards are dispatched. SOLUTION: The apparatus for gathering the dispatching articles comprises at least a computer for storing a random number generating means 25, a storage memory 24 for database making random numbers in relation to card owners (users)'ID codes, and a collating deciding means 26 for collating and deciding ID code data of a main card and an auxiliary card, a writer 22b for printing an address on a card mounting sheet, the random number and the ID code on the auxiliary card on the mounting sheet and the auxiliary card pasted on the sheet, and an inserting means for inserting a cutout part provided at the sheet when the ID codes of the main card and the auxiliary card are collated so that both coincide.
