PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber transmitting link, with which channel destruction caused by stimulated Raman scattering is reduced.;SOLUTION: An optical fiber transmitting link 20, with which the channel destruction caused by stimulated Raman scattering is reduced, is formed by providing a high-pass optical filter 22 inside a transmitting fiber. The filter is provided with one or plural other components sometimes and is formed as a filter 'distributed' along the length of the optical fiber as well. A cutoff frequency concerning the high-pass optical filter is selected just below the frequency of an input channel to be transmitted.
