PURPOSE: To provide a laminate wherein fluororesin and methacrylic resin or acryl resin are bonded with good adhesion by feeding methacrylic acid or acrylic acid monomer onto the graft polymer for plasma surface treatment of a fluororesin member for polymerization, and forming methacrylic resin or acryl resin layer. ;CONSTITUTION: The required surface of a fluororesin member is plasma- processed in an inert gas atmosphere. Graft-polymerizable methacrylic acie or acryl monomer whose polymerization inhibitor content is less than 20ppm and dissolved oxygen amount is less than 25mg/l at 20°C is fed to the plasma- processed surface for graft-polymerization to form graft polymer to the plasma- processed surface. Methacrylic acid or acryl acid monomer is fed onto the graft-polymerized element for polymerization to form methacrylic resin or acryl resin layer on the graft-polymerized material.
