PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightning surge sensor of non-contact and capacity type having small and low cost characteristics and a lightning surge measurement device constituted of such a lightning surge sensor and a lightning surge measuring circuit which does not require a special high voltage endurance.;SOLUTION: The device comprises a sensor body 20 consisting of a double shield coaxial cable, an input terminal 3 for input withdrawn from a central conductor 21, and an output signal cable 4 for input withdrawn from each of the double shield conductor of an inside shield conductor 22a and an outside shield conductor 22b arranged around the central conductor 21 with insulation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
