PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a next user of a leasing object without the need of the complicated work of a lease agent.;SOLUTION: Since a present user inputs data of the present state of the a lease object to a home page calling for the next user of the lease object and the present user receives the lease desire of the lease object from a general user, the correct and precise present state of the lease object, which only the present user can grasp, can be supplied to the general user and the present user can directly respond to the question of the general user with respect to the lease object. The present user selects the next user from the general users desiring lease and the lease agent approves the next user selected by the present user.
