PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collecting/delivering system capable of collecting and delivering information efficiently and an order receiving/order placing system capable of efficiently placing and receiving an order for commodities.;SOLUTION: This information collecting/delivering system performs collection and delivery of the information through a communication means and a server 3 between a plurality of customers 1 for receiving supply of the article or the like and a plurality of suppliers 2 for supplying the article or the like.
