PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internet magazine for delivering an image of a program broadcast in a television and its relating information to a homepage of an Internet. SOLUTION: A method for forming the television program as the Internet magazine comprises the steps of dividing noted information of the program into image information, sound information regarding the image information, attribute information of the image information, article information of the image information, and commodity information regarding the image information; capturing these pieces of the information to an operator's information processor via the Internet; and forming them as the Internet magazine.
