PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital video projecting device for a dome screen in which the direction of projection of video on the dome screen can be freely changed according to the purpose and usage of the contents of the projecting video, and its program. SOLUTION: When a video setting screen is displayed on the touch panel 32 of a console panel, an inversion button 40 is displayed on it. The inversion button 40 is operated to change the reading direction in which a video generation part reads video data out of a video memory. Consequently, an operator can easily makes a choice of whether the main part of the video is in the rear or front on the dome screen when viewed from the operator. Thus, one of a projecting method for more spectators and a projecting method for better operator's visibility can freely be selected according to the contents of a projecting program.
