PURPOSE: To pyrolyze and incinerate noxious materials and malodorous ingredients contained in exudation water, by a method wherein the exudation water stored in an exudation water reservoir is sprayed on flames in an incinerator and is caused to evaporate. ;CONSTITUTION: The bottom surface of a final disposal site 1 for waste is spreadably covered with a water-barrier sheet 2 and a reclaimed layer 3 composed of the waste, such as incinerated ashes and noncombustible rubber materials is formed thereon. When rainwater passes through the reclaimed layer 3 heaped up, it is turned into dirty water with high B.O.D and C.O.D, and its exudation water with noxious materials such as heavy metal flows into an exudation water reservoir 10 through a flow way 5 formed in a dam 4 and a pipe line 6, and is stored. After that, the exudation water stored in the exudation water reservoir 10 is pumped up by a pump 11 and is sprayed on flames spouting from a burner 22b for an incinerator 22, through spray nozzles 12, 13. The exudation water is evaporated, and the noxious materials and malodorous ingredients contained therein are pyrolyzed and incinerated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
