PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall joint construction and an exterior wall joint working method which are capable of carrying out the work for joint construction by a simple method, of providing good finishes and also of reducing the term of works.;SOLUTION: Between exterior walls of a pair of building units 11 and 11 arranged adjacently to an unit building 10, a pair of wall board members 12 are adhered by setting back by a predetermined distance from the end edge 11b of the exterior wall, in this way, a closing wall board member 14 is adhered so as to straddle between the exterior wall end edges 11b and 11b to the joint portion 13 butted with a predetermined separation clearance w between the edge portions 12a and 12a of the wall board members 12 in this exterior wall joint construction. A predetermined length of overhangs are made at the side edge portions 12a and 12a, and bendable joint tapes 15 covering the closing wall board members 14 are adhered in advance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
