EXPLOSION PREVENTION UNIT OF DRYER FOR DRY CLEANING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explosion prevention unit of a dryer for dry cleaning, which can replace oxygen in the dryer for dry cleaning with another gas to prevent ignition and explosion. SOLUTION: A heating combustor comprising a heating chamber 1, an oxidizing chamber 2, and a fan 3 is set outside a dryer. Air containing solvent vapor in the dryer is guided into the heating chamber 1 ar first to burn the solvent vapor to reduce oxygen and to generate carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide. Then the air is guided into the oxidizing chamber 2 to oxidize harmful carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide. The fan 3 works to take air in the dryer into the heating combustion chamber and return it to the dryer.
