PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive wheelchair capable of being handled singly and easily that facilitates the work for holding up and moving the human body in a hospital, the old-aged home or the like which is repeated a lot of times everyday so that physical and mental burden of the work is resolved which has been a social problem.;SOLUTION: After a movable insert plate 1 is put into a groove and combined, aligned on the downside of the body, the plate is integrated such that it is vertically moved to an upper stretcher pad 11 on a stretcher frame 12 by a hang-up pull handle 8 or hang-up step 9. When using the stretcher as a wheelchair, by turning a handle for quick stretcher/wheelchair change, a quick stretcher/wheelchair change operating frame part is operated.
