PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reducing mechanism of a fan device, which can be easily fabricated at low cost.;SOLUTION: A porous member 31 constituting a porous sound absorbing material 30 is a molded product by a metal mold 50 having a cavity 53. Thus, the porous member 31 having a bell-mouth shape, an approximately semi-elliptic cross section and longitudinally curved is easily obtained. Further, since the bell-mouth shape is formed by the porous member 31, it is not required as conventional ones to form a bell-mouth shape by a fan shroud 20, and the fan shroud 20 can be formed in the simple tubular shape. Thus, the fan shroud 20 can be fabricated without using a press die or the like on a large scale, and costs for metal mold and parts can be largely reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
