PURPOSE: To provide a paper folding machine wherein a sheet of paper is folded in two and then a folding streak is made in the direction perpendicular to the direction of folding line, so that the sheet is finally folded in a form enabling it to enter an envelope. ;CONSTITUTION: A sheet of paper is first folded in two by means of a paper folding portion comprising a sheet entry path having a stoppers. The folded sheet is then passed between a roller with plural grooves 40 and die-rolls 19a-19c with disk fitting to grooves 40 of the roller 20 for making streak, so that folding streaks are formed. The die-rolls 19a-19c for making streaks are supported with eccentric bearings 50. Accordingly, by rotating a shaft 51 in handling of a cam lever 5, the die-rolls 19a-19c for desired streak making are fitted to grooves 40 of the roller 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
