PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively perform home care by which a person to be cared comfortably lives a life without reconstructing the house. SOLUTION: A home care quick built house 3a to be freely arranged and removed is produced by rebuilding a container to dispose windows and a door, reconstructing the inner part of the container for living, arranging care materials such as care bed inside and providing a filter for filtering air which comes from an outer part into the container. The home care quick built house 3a, a camera arranged inside the quick built house 3a, a medical measuring instrument and a care center 2 are connected by the Internet so that the care center 2 monitors the image of the person to be cared and the measurement result of the medical measuring instrument.
