PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems in an EC site that, for properly setting sales prices of a number of commodity, a large amount of work is needed, accordingly, frequently the price can't be set on the commodity, sometimes the commodity whose price is far from the right price satisfying a user is displayed on a Web page, resulting in the risk that the trust of the site itself is doubted.;SOLUTION: The server for EC site 10 is provided with a processing part 111 for adding up the amount of sales of commodity to be sold, a processing part 112 for recording the number of days elapsed from the start of selling the commodity, and processing parts 113, 114 for performing questionnaire on the commodity and adding up the results. On the basis of the result of adding up the amount of sales, the number of days elapsed from the start of sales, and the information of the add-up result of the questionnaire obtained from the processing parts, the price of the commodity is calculated acceding to a designated calculation expression by a commodity selling price calculating and processing part 115.
