PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of facilitating calculation of estimated price at the time of using a meeting room for rent. SOLUTION: This system comprises a display part 2 which displays a chart 41 displaying items of a first group vertically in order and items of a second group horizontally in order and displays an estimated price, a recording part 3 which records information on usage price for a plurality of facilities, an inputting part 1 which inputs information regarding usage when a customer selects cells specified by items displaying desired usage facility and period, a retrieving part 4 which retrieves facility usage price corresponding to the information on the usage, and a calculating part 5 which calculates the estimated price based on the facility usage price.
