PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity price searching system, capable of providing a purchase method suited to users' needs by obtaining information on dealers who sell commodity to be purchased on a network and a recording medium with a commodity price searching program recorder thereon.;SOLUTION: This commodity price searching system comprises an information network 1 such as Internet, a server 2 which is connected with the network 1 and providing its service, and a client 3 which is connected with the server 2 through the network 1 and clients who use the service. When the name of a commodity to be purchased and information on the address of the client 3 are inputted from the client 3, a data base 11 is referred to, and a dealer which sells the commodity to be purchased, information on a means of transportation to the dealer, price obtained by summing up the price of the commodity to be purchased and transportation expenses to the dealer are outputted in order based on the searching conditions of the client 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
