PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic issue method and system of business forms and a storage medium storing an automatic issue program of the business forms for reducing the input operation to a computer, in repeatedly purchasing multiple types of article names and being optimal for reducing the cost, following the environment where a market price is changing dynamically.;SOLUTION: This business form issue program repeatedly requesting for issue of the business forms relative to the multiple article names, is provided with a means for assigning a dynamic phase code changing to either of the automatic issuing or a quasi-automatic issuing to the next request of issuing the same article name, an automatic issuing processing means for the same content business form to the previous one, when the dynamic phase code is automatic issuing, and a business form issue processing means setting a specific item to blank, when the dynamic phase code is the quasi-automatic issuing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
