PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die apparatus in a bending machine capable of precisely detecting an bending angle during bending, the bending machine, and a method for detecting a bending angle and a bending method.;SOLUTION: When a punch P approaches a die D and a work W is bent in cooperation of the punch P and the die D, a distance to the bent work W is detected by displacement sensors 9L, 9R arranged at least one each to front/ rear inclined faces 11 of a tip of the punch P or in a recessed part 11 of front/ rear inclined faces 29 of a V groove of the die D, based on the database 27, in which the relation between the distance to the work W and an bending angle of the work W is stored, bending is conducted while detecting a bending angle of the work W. Further, an over bending value is obtained from the relation between the bending angle stored in the database 27 and a required overbending quantity, it is bent to a desired bending angle by overbending.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
