PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance usability of a passenger transportation ticket and to prevent loss and theft by providing a passenger transportation ticket, for which a non-contact IC card is used which has various alarm call functions. SOLUTION: A system consisting of the IC card 1, a station information transmitter 2 and an IC card monitoring device 3 is constituted, and radio tags for long distance and short distance and the alarm call functions are added to the IC card 1. Extra distance alarm, preliminarily alarm call about unauthorized boarding, loss and theft alarm call and alarm call for expiration are realized by receiving passing station information, boarding station information and mutual monitoring information with the IC card monitoring device 3 by the radio tags and also using clock function by the IC card 1.
