PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycle processing management system and a recycle processor with which weight carried by item is easily estimated, regarding discarded household electrical goods carried in at a mixed loading state. SOLUTION: Efficient processing procedures are aimed at, since the recycle processor is provided with a means to calculate the standard gross weight 8c by each item, by multiplying the number 8b of the respective items of a group of merchandise to be recycles delivered to a processing base by a preset standard weight 8a for each item, a means for calculating estimated gross carried weight 8d by summing up the standard gross weight 8c by every item, a means to calculate a weight correction coefficient 8f, by dividing gross carried weight 8e of the carried group of merchandise to be recycled by the estimated gross carried weight 8d and a means for estimating the carried weight 8g by each item, by multiplying the standard gross weight 8c each item with the weight correction coefficient 8f and the carried weight 8g by every item necessary for calculating a recycle rate is easily estimated.
