METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDING FROM WASTE SYNTHETIC RESIN FOR CAR CONTAINING FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a molding by directly using a waste synthetic resin for cars containing fibers and plastics. SOLUTION: The method includes a preliminary disentangling process in which waste resin pieces are disentangled by a rag opener 10, a mixing process in which the resin pieces and foamed polyurethane chips are mixed in a prescribed ratio in a mixer 15 while a urethane adhesive is applied to the mixture, a process in which the mixture is further disentangled by a rag opener 20 so that the adhesive is incorporated into the mixture, and a molding process in which the mixture incorporated with the adhesive is placed in a press mold 25, added with water, heated, and press-molded integrally into a prescribed shape while the adhesive is reacted.
