PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sharp-edged cutter such as a sharp-edged razor cutter, a sharp-edged round tooth cutter and the like manufactured by a powder molding sintering process, capable of inhibiting the heating in grinding a surface of a cutter material manufactured by the powder molding sintering process, improving a yield rate in manufacturing, and reducing the manufacturing cost.;SOLUTION: This sharp-edged cutter is manufactured by the powder molding sintering process and has a thin barrel part 2 and a blade part 4 on an edge of the barrel part 2. Recessed surface parts 6, 6', 8, 8' of the predetermined shape sunk from a peripheral part are formed on an inner part of the surface of the barrel part 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
