PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a recovery of a waste pallet requires a lot of labor so that a recycled plastic has high costs and how many times the recycled plastic has been recycled cannot be judged when the plastic is used for a product.;SOLUTION: A method for utilizing the recycled plastic comprises the steps of obtaining the recycled plastic of a first time from a comminuted mixture obtained by comminuting a plurality of types of pallets entirely formed of one color material, and using the recycled plastic of the first time for one of an upper molding member or a lower molding member of upper and lower fusion bonded pallet obtained by butting and fusion bonding the upper member and the lower member.
