摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent the adhesion of urolith to a spout by adding an acidic material and surfactant into washing water and washing the spout. ;CONSTITUTION: The acidic material and the surfactant are added into the washing water flushed at every specified hour in order to wash the excreta and urine of the experimental animals on the spout and the pH of this washing water is specified to ≤5, more preferably ≤4. The amt. of the surfactant to be added is 1 to 100 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. acidic material. As a result, the excreta and urine are flushed away and the urolith sticking slightly on the spout and the washing water added with the acidic material are brought into direct contact with each other to bring the calcium carbonate which is the essential component of the urolith into reaction with the acidic material in the washing water and to dissolve away the calcium carbonate, by which the adhesion of the urolith to the spout is prevented.
