BUOY WITH WAVE DISSIPATING BREAKWATER FUNCTION FOR TURN MARK OF MOTORBOAT RACE COURSE, AND WAVE DISSIPATING BREAKWATER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of impairing a wave dissipating breakwater effect and having insufficient publicity-signboard effect of wave dissipating breakwater buoys for turn marks since the publicity-signboard on the buoy face are twisted and go underwater under the influence of backwash although the wave dissipating breakwater buoys each with a length of 20 m are provided inside No.1 and No.2 turn marks moored to float at the interval of 300 m on the race water surface of a motorboat race course where six racing boats sail all at once in the three rounds in about 35 seconds per round while describing an ellipse and race at the high speed of about 80-83 km/h at the maximum in a straight line section, causing big backwash around when turning around No.1 and No.2 turn marks. SOLUTION: The wave dissipating breakwater buoy for the turn mark comprises a triangular top cover made of hard synthetic resin; a pair of C-shape steel inside the top cover; a water holding tank of inverse triangular shape integrally provided at the lower part of the C-shape steel; and a float of inverse trapezoidal shape provided inside the tank. The buoys are provided in a straight line on the water surface and underwater adjacently to the inside of the turn marks. If requested, a wave dissipating breakwater device with a guide rail is provided on the water surface and underwater at the front face of a quay, a pole, a tower or other equipment.
