PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system, which provide secretary services at a site on the Web to users who approach several career guidance agents and confirm contracts for their jobs or studying abroad.;SOLUTION: The system implemented on the personalized Web provides a procedure that enables the users to approach easily and practically by themselves the career guidance agents selected from a database. The system manages information about the approached career guidance agents that are divided into groups, exchanging of the information between the users and the agents, and the likes.
