PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to solve problems caused by the existing system that shows only intake volumes per day but no practice, restricts input items for results of professional medical check data and the specific items, gives no advice for a dietetic therapy, an exercise therapy and the likes, offers only the dietetic advice for calorie nutrients but no advice for the essential nutrients, is not able to show if the intake volumes of the essential nutrients are enough, and has not the practice items for a case if the nutrients are not taken. SOLUTION: The system offers information about the essential nutrients and food, which are especially required for individual personal health, on the basis of the individually written check sheet concerning a personal data, food names and volumes taken. The system helps to distribute the individual by filling a prescription and packing supplements, Chinese medicine, and the likes in a packet. Therefore, the system can fill the prescriptions and pack medicines in the packet based upon the individual check sheets. The system can effectively give the correct advice about the nutrients. It can take care of the individuals completely and also can precisely control daily preventive medicine, the nutrients, and beauty culture in a simple way. The system features in saving the government spending in the health care and also in down sizing the health insurance system by a way of reducing diseases and illnesses through the preventive nutrient management.
