SYSTEM, DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CENTRALIZED JOB PROCESSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate job processing, to reduce costs and to suitably process plural demand cases when these cases are received from one client.;SOLUTION: Base terminal equipment 14 sends the demand case from the client to a centralized job processor 10 in the form of electronic data. A job flow system 20 of the centralized job processor 10 is provided with plural job process functions. A dispatcher 22 makes the job flow system 20 start a job processing function, corresponding to the demand case. The job flow system 20 is provided with a compound simultaneous decision process. When plural demand cases are received from one client, this decision process decides whether these cases are compound processing cases or simultaneous processing cases. Concerning the compound processing cases, after one demand case, the other demand case is processed. Concerning the simultaneous processing cases, plural cases are processed simultaneously and parallel. Telephone confirmations or the like are simultaneously performed, while utilizing synchronous processing nodes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
