PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent troubles, when performing commercial transactions on the Internet.;SOLUTION: A third organization is provided between a seller and a buyer (1). The seller preliminarily signs contract with the third organization to be come member and conducts member registration (2); the third organization intervenes between them until the commercial transaction is completed, controls price transfer and makes payment (3), the third organization ties up with a credit card company, makes settlement by using a card in place of the seller; and substitutively receives the payment and transmits the payment to the seller (4).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
