PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the chloride ion permeation resistance of high-belite cement concrete without incurring risk of causing cracks due to an increase in heat of hydration or autogeneous shrinkage of the concrete. SOLUTION: This concrete production process using high-belite cement, involves replacing a 5-25 wt.% part of the high-belite cement by fly ash, to produce concrete having improved chloride ion permeation resistance.
