PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption type striae gravidarum forma tion inhibitor which is used on a striae gravidarum formation-preventing mas sage treatment during pregnancy. SOLUTION: This percutaneous absorption type striae gravidarum formation inhibitor comprises an oil, a fibroblast formation-promoting ingredient and whey in an amount of 0.01 to 25.0 wt.% based on the total amount of the inhibitor. The fibroblast formation-promoting ingredient includes plant extracts such as Centella asiatica Urb. extract and Hypericum erectum extract, and animal extracts such as placenta extract, and may be used singly or as a combination of the plural extracts. Preferably, the Centella asiatica Urb. extract and/or the placenta extract, more preferably both the Centella asiatica Urb. extract and the placenta extract, are together used.
