PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement to be worn like an eye mask applied around eyes to cool them, a glove to eliminate feel of fatigue in fingers or the like, and others to be worn for eliminating feel of fatigue, which is capable of favorably eliminating feel of fatigue in the eyes or fingers without generating a sense of incongruity such as stickiness.;SOLUTION: A main body 1 of this implement to be worn is composed in a bag shape of a contact surface side sheet 2 to be applied to a user, and a surface side sheet 3 provided on the surface side to face the contact surface side sheet 2. At least one of the surface side sheet 3 and the contact surface side sheet 2 is composed of permeable material.
