PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an air conditioner in a building of a reversed beam structure is installed in an underfloor between a floor slab and a floor material and constituted to heat or cool a room in a space above a floor by supplying warm air or cold air to a duct connected to the underfloor air conditioner but a duct piping to an air outlet from an air conditioner body is required so as to supply the warm air or cold air to each room from the air conditioner installed in the underfloor space.;SOLUTION: A reversed large beam 3A and a reversed small beam 3B are formed in the same height. A sealed space 3G1 independently sealed by the floor slab 3H and the floor material 2A is constituted in the underfloor. A sealed space 3G11 of a pressurized zone to which the air is supplied from the air conditioner 5 is connected to the air outlet 8 of the room of the space above the floor through a duct 7 via a hole opened at the floor material. A return port 9 provided at the floor or a wall of the room is constituted to return to a sealed space 3G12 of a negative pressure zone to be sucked from the conditioner 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
