PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for operating clinic on solitary island or in remote rural areas and a recording medium recording program therefor, with which work is facilitated for a doctor by reducing dissatisfaction or uneasiness in new post in remote rural areas. SOLUTION: In these method, device and recording medium recording program therefor, on the basis of a clinic desiring a resident working doctor registered in a computer 2 of a medical institution and a doctor, who desires short- term resident working belonging to the medical institution, the rotation of doctors working in the clinic is prepared, the rotation of doctors is managed by counting down a working term on the basis of the rotation, and the doctor in the clinic are supported by a two-way communication system 4 connecting the clinic and the medical institution.
