PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective system to be utilized in a plurality of prize contests and a system for performing effective communication.;SOLUTION: The prize-winning number deciding system is provided by which a prescribed data form and digit number is inputted in accordance with a number written in a paper money on hand from a user terminal and transmitted to a prize winning performing server, it is judged whether prize-winning or not in a lottery by a control means and, then, a prize-winner is confirmed and an exchange place for merchandise, etc., is designated and transmitted to and displayed on the user terminal. An information control system is provided by which the prescribed data form and the prescribed digit number is inputted in accordance with the number written in the paper money on hand from the user terminal and transmitted to the prize winning performing server and the control means judges whether the inputted and transmitted written number is stored in a paper money possession information database or not.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
