PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unmanned receiving device and an unmanned guiding method, with which a visitor can get contact with the party of visit even without completely memorizing the name of an organization, to which the party of visit belongs, name or telephone number.;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a visitor registration storage means for storing meeting information containing person-to-visit specification information specifying the name of a scheduled visitor, the scheduled date of visit and a person to visit, personnel affairs storage means for members of the company for storing person-to-visit information containing person-to-visit specification information specifying the name of the person to visit, the destination to make contact to the person to visit and the person to visit, visitor information input means for inputting the name of the scheduled visitor, meeting information retrieving means for retrieving the person-to-visit information stored in the personnel affairs storage means for members of the company on the basis of the person-to-visit information, which is contained in the retrieved meeting information, specifying the person to visit, and meeting information output means for outputting the retrieved person-to-visit information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
