PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of acquiring logic information through the transmission by the word of the mouth by the action of listening to talks by the ears, in place of acquiring the logic information through character information by the action to visually view a book.;SOLUTION: The pitch of speech is raised and the speed is recorded to a mini-disk, by utilizing the differences between the frequency characteristics of a commercially marketed MD and the frequency characteristics necessary for practicable speech recording, with which the speed of the time 3 to 4 times longer than ordinary is recorded eventually. As a result, the contents of a book can be recorded to a single sheet of the mini-disk.
