PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for calculating and managing the charge and cost of a delivery agent by comparing them with a charge and a cost which a customer is demanded.;SOLUTION: The method and system trace and utilize a balance between an amount which the delivery agent for transporting articles from a 1st country to a customer of a 2nd country is charged and an amount which the customer is charged in the case of sending out international cargo in which many individual ordered articles are collectively packaged from the 1st country to the 2nd country by the delivery agent and using a forwarding agent such as an UPS in order to distribute individual packages in the 2nd country.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
