A pickup roller 5 rotates the rolled paper 20. A separator 9 is spring-energized onto a shaft 6 movably according to the diameter of the rolled paper 20, and a feed shaft 10 and a driven roller 11 feed the rolled paper 20 having the tip separated forward.
