DYNAMIC DAMPER, VIBRATION ABSORBING STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DYNAMIC DAMPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a dynamic damper at a low cost and preferably control vibration even for a wide application range such as a large sized ship.;SOLUTION: A weight 3 is placed in a cylindrical case 2 in a manner of having a space by a spacer. A molten elastic member 4 is poured into the space between an inner peripheral surface of the case 2 and the weight 3. The weight 3 is held in the case 2 by the elastic member 4 hardened by cooling. The elastic member 4 of this dynamic damper 1 is cut to trim the amount in order to adjust a range of a vibration absorbing frequency. Various kinds of dynamic damper 1 which are adjusted to various vibration absorbing frequency ranges are installed by fixing a mounting piece formed on the case 2 to a deck plate of the ship or a floating floor structure of the ship or an iron and steel construction and thus the dynamic dampers 1 are distributed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
