PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trouble monitoring system in a subscriber radio system by which a trouble can be monitored accurately, in such a way that meteorological information and environmental information such as vibrational information or the like in the surroundings can be presented in real time, so as to correspond together with operational information on each base station and each subscriber station, and to provide a subscriber radio system. SOLUTION: The subscriber radio system is provided with a plurality of base stations (10-1, 10-2,..., 10-n), a plurality of subscriber stations (20-1-1 to 10-1-p, 20-2-1 to 20-2-q, 20-n-1 to 20-n-i) which are connected to the plurality of base stations via radio lines, and a network monitoring device (40) which operates and maintains the respective stations. The operational information and the environmental information on the base stations and the subscriber stations are acquired, and the acquired operational information and the environmental information are presented so as to correspond to positional information on the base stations and the subscriber stations.
