PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately input an objective Pin-yin by easy key operation. SOLUTION: When a character string comprising respective first letters of initials and finals about the Pin-yin of an input target is inputted by the key operation, the Pin-yin corresponding to the inputted letters is extracted. A candidate display window 30a by the extracted Pin-yin is exhibited on a display part. When operation for selecting a candidate in the candidate display window 30a is executed, the selected Pin-yin is fixed as the input character string and is outputted to the generation document side.
